***SOLD INDIVIDUALLY***

The fix is finally here!!! Our HD Pro R Lower ball joints fix the issue we’ve all been dealing with. Not only are these the only lowers available on the market, but they are also ridiculously strong!

These ball joints are made to be especially heavy-duty, with the housing and support cup as well as the stud made from 4340 chromoly and 300m steel, respectively. The dust boots are made from CR/Neoprene, and the adjustment plate cap is 6061 aluminum. The thread has also been changed from 12mm x 1.5 to 16mm x 1.5.

Moreover, they are fully adjustable and rebuildable –– in order to keep you riding longer, faster, and harder than ever before with the minimal amount of long-term maintenance possible. The ball joints can be fully disassembled, cleaned, and regreased to ensure you’re good to keep riding for miles and miles.

While we always recommend replacing all of your ball joints at the same time, we sell them individually.

This Lower Ball Joint is Sold Individually

There’s nothing worse than snapping a lower ball joint on your Polaris RZR Pro R. Whether you drove it too hot into a curb, smacked a rock, or went full-send mode and landed a jump too aggressively, an OEM ball joint for Pro R side-by-sides is prone to failure. Fortunately, Black Ops Machine has the high-quality replacement Pro R Ball Joint to resolve this common issue.

Our HD Pro R Lower ball joints are engineered for the off-road enthusiast who doesn’t have time for broken OEM suspension parts. This heavy-duty Pro R lower ball joint replacement part follows Polaris OEM fitment standards, with upgraded materials and precision manufacturing standards to hold up to constant abuse.

Black Ops Machine solves common Pro R ball joint issues by using 4340 chromoly and 300m steel on the housing, support cup, and stud. The dust boots are upgraded with CR/Neoprene, with a 6061-aluminum designed adjustment plate cap.

For enhanced integrity and strength, we’ve enhanced the thread from 12mm x 1.5 to 16mm x 1.5.

Further, since we know you’re likely going to put your own touch on the set-up, we’ve made this aftermarket Pro R lower ball joint adjustable and rebuildable. This allows you to customize your set-up for improved handling performance, increased performance, and longer durability.

While we strongly prescribe to the fix it all at the same time mentality when it comes to replacing ball joints, we sell this product individually. So – to avoid further Pro R ball joint failure – replace them all at the same time – cool?

PRO R BALL JOINT FOR POLARIS SIDE-BY-SIDE FAQ’S

We know you’ve got questions about our Black Ops Machine aftermarket replacement parts – and we have genuine answers. Here are a few common questions we get from our valued customers – and those trolls who have nothing better to do.

Q – What Makes Your PRO R Ball Joint Replacement Parts Better than Your Competitors?

A – Well, for starters, we actually ride – work on our stuff, and have the scars to prove it.

Black Ops Machine is proud of our reputation, by providing replacement parts for off-road vehicles that have been fully tested in real world situations. We’re based in Arizona, with proving grounds of desert roads surrounding our office.

We test em’ till we break em’. And we don’t put them on our website until we’re fully satisfied.

Q – Why Do Polaris OEM Ball Joints Break Easily?

A – We wouldn’t say that lower ball joint failure is unique for Polaris. While most side-by-side manufacturers design their machines with CAD – and spend a lot of R & D on their powerplants, suspension parts are not always the highest quality. The proactive solution to this problem is to replace ALL of your lower ball joints with upgraded aftermarket parts.

Q – What’s Your Return Policy?

A – You’re not going to believe this – but we don’t have a written return policy. We are in business to serve like-minded, hardworking Patriots – who want to work with US-based companies they can trust to provide them with quality replacement parts.

Generally speaking – as long as you haven’t installed the part, and it’s still in the box, we have no problem returning it for you. Just take care of the shipping fee – and send us your original order number – and contact information – and we’ll take care of you.
